A recent project that we completed was a full roof replacement for a great young family in Tiffin, IA.

The family was new to our area and recently purchased the home. Over the winter they’d noticed some fairly significant ice buildup on the roof. This was causing some leaking that was visible inside the home.

They called our office hoping we could help. When we spoke to them we asked how they heard about FiveStar and they said that they found us by searching in Google. The family said that our website and positive reviews convinced them to give us a call.

We scheduled a time to go look at the roof damage and see what was possible. When we arrived at their home it was obvious that this roof did not have any usable life left in it and would need to be replaced. The family understood this and decided on an Owens corning shingle that came with a 50 year transferable warranty.

We scheduled the job for the following Monday and our team came out and completed the new roof in 2 days. As always we paid special attention to keeping their yard clean and free of roofing debris. The project turned out great and the home’s curb appeal is much approved.

Our client was especially happy that they don’t have to worry about the roof anymore and loved the warranty as well!
