Recently, a local Iowa City family found our information online through a Google search and gave us a call. They are a growing family and were undergoing an extensive remodeling project. Part of the project was adding a new addition out the back of their home. There goals were to minimize costs and get a great blended result from the old roof to the new.

Unfortunately The original roof had suffered from years of sporadic leaks. When we inspected the roof, we noticed these leaks were fairly significant. Instead of short-term repairs and the difficult task of blending the distressed roof with the new install, we offered to fully replace the roof so the result would look and function as it should.

The family agreed with our suggestion and asked us to perform the new install of the entire roof. We tore off the old roof while taking care of his property surrounding his home. Once the job was finished, the client made sure to tell us how impressed he was with the new look of the roof. He continued by saying, “I am very impressed with how you took extra care of my lawn and plants. Thanks again.”
