Five Star Home Improvement recently performed a new roof installation for a homeowner in the Marion, Iowa area. The homeowner and his wife noticed some problems with the shingles, including curling. The roof was dated and they realized it was time to do something about it so they ran a google search. They read several contractors’ reviews but decided they were most comfortable working with us so they gave us a call.

We scheduled an inspection and estimate for the end of the week. We told them we could finish the job within two days and offered them a 50 year warranty and they gladly accepted and we scheduled the roof installation. Our highly skilled team arrived at the job early in the morning and first set up a safety barrier around the house. They had the shingles off by early afternoon and the new Owen Corning Asphalt Shingle Roof was installed by mid-day the next day, with a full-cleanup included.
